Blueberry Peach Cobb-Style Salad with Homemade Ranch Dressing

Place all ranch dressing ingredients (fresh parsley, fresh chives, garlic powder, ground black pepper, sea salt, plain kefir, fresh lemon juice, Dijon mustard, plain Greek yogurt) into your food processor or blender. Pulse until incorporated, scrape down the sides (including herbs), and pulse/blitz again for 7-8 seconds. Add salad ingredients (spinach or mixed field greens, organic blueberries, walnuts/almonds/pecans, crumbled blue cheese/goat feta, sliced peach/nectarine, fresh basil) into a bowl, assembling them in rows. Drizzle generously with the prepared ranch dressing. Serve cold and enjoy right away! Store any unused dressing in a sealed jar in your fridge and consume within 2-3 days. Shake the dressing each time before adding it to salads. Consider adding hard or soft-boiled eggs, shredded rotisserie chicken, poached or baked salmon, or grilled tofu/tempeh for extra protein.
