Cozy, one-pot + low-carb LASAGNA SOUP!!🍅🍲🧀

In your skillet at medium/high heat, warm up olive oil. Add onions, garlic, seasonings, protein, and combine. Break meat apart using a wooden spoon. Toss and brown meat lightly, ensure onions have softened for about 5 minutes. Add tomato paste, marinara sauce, broth, @palmini_official lasagna sheets, and spinach. Reduce heat to medium and cook (covered) for 20-25 minutes. The sauce will thicken and the spinach will wilt. Serve and top with shredded mozzarella or Gruyère and crumbled feta or fresh ricotta on top.
