These are the BEST One-Bowl Brownies you'll ever bake: gooey and fudgy interiors with a glossy crackle top! Chewy around the edges and a soft, melt-in-your-mouth middle, made with approachable and affordable ingredients and a little less sugar.
Preheat your oven to 350F and line a 9x9 or 9x12 baking pan with parchment paper. Always leave an overhang on opposite sides to make retrieving your brownies easier by lifting them up!😉
No mixer required. Same steps as my banana bread recipe: pour melted butter into a bowl and whisk in your sugar until smooth. Add your eggs and vanilla and whisk again until nicely integrated. Whisk in your melted chocolate chips until smooth again. To the same bowl, add: flour, cocoa powder and sea salt. Whisk until the batter is smooth. Fold in your chocolate chips. Pour into the baking pan and even out the top with a spatula. Bake for ~32-35 mins (all ovens vary) and cool down completely before slicing into these babies!
