Instructions

In a large skillet over medium heat, warm up your oil of choice. When warm, add your chicken, season with sea salt and pepper to taste, and allow it to sear/brown slightly. This takes approximately 5-6 minutes. Add your minced shallots and your VH sauce. Stir and lower the heat to a simmer, leaving it on the stove for the sauce to thicken for about 5-10 minutes, while stirring occasionally. Serve over fresh, steamed rice!
